Questions about an order or trouble opening your guide? Contact AI Times through our Payhip store. Include your order ID, the email used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Finding your download

After a completed purchase, Payhip provides a download page and emails the access link. Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or junk folder. Save the PDF to your device for convenient access. If a link expires or a download limit prevents access, contact us with the order ID.

What you receive

Connect AI to Your Work is one three-page PDF guide. It is a text-based educational resource with a real art-store example, connection steps and a reusable first-task prompt. It does not include photos, video lessons, software accounts or a subscription. You need a PDF reader and access to the third-party tools described on the product page.

Problems and refund requests

If the file is inaccessible, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate solution. Refund requests are handled by AI Times; Payhip supplies the checkout and delivery platform. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for digital downloads. Please read the product description and tool requirements before purchasing. Nothing here limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
